Terms of Service

KyoHub is a platform that connects racing drivers ("Pilots") with motorsport teams ("Teams") seeking talent for seat opportunities. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

KyoHub charges a success fee to the Team on seat deals that originate from introductions made through the platform. A deal is considered to have been facilitated by KyoHub when initial contact between a Pilot and a Team was made through the platform — whether through a seat application, a direct message, or any other feature of the service.

The applicable commission rate is determined by the Team's subscription tier at the time the deal is confirmed:

• Team on free plan: 2.5% of the agreed seat fee
• Team on Premium plan: 1.5% of the agreed seat fee

The commission is due at the time the deal is confirmed through the platform. By posting a seat on KyoHub, the Team acknowledges and accepts this commission structure.

Payments facilitated through KyoHub are processed by Stripe. By accepting a seat deal through the platform, the Team agrees to process the agreed seat fee through KyoHub's payment system, from which the applicable commission will be deducted before the remainder is transferred to the Team's connected account.

Attempting to circumvent the platform's payment flow — including completing payment arrangements outside the platform for deals sourced through KyoHub — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

KyoHub Premium is available in two tiers billed annually: Driver Premium at €119/year and Team Premium at €299/year. Payment is processed through Stripe. The subscription renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

Premium benefits vary by role. Team Premium includes a reduced commission rate (1.5%), unlimited seat listings, direct outreach to pilots, candidate management tools, and additional platform features as described on the pricing page. Driver Premium includes verified profile features, access to requirement-gated seats, and additional features as described on the pricing page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. KyoHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish. KyoHub does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, pilot profiles, or race results. Seat listings must represent genuine opportunities. Fraudulent or misleading listings will result in immediate account termination.

KyoHub is a marketplace facilitating introductions and does not participate in the contractual relationship between Pilots and Teams. KyoHub is not liable for deals that do not proceed, disputes between parties, or financial losses arising from arrangements made through the platform.

KyoHub's total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user to KyoHub in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

KyoHub may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
